Information we collect

When you submit a resource suggestion or request an edit to an existing listing, we collect the information you enter. This may include resource details, requested corrections, your name, email address, and your connection to the organization. The suggestion is stored as a pending website listing and a notification containing the submission is sent to the site administrator for review.

Our website and hosting provider may also process ordinary technical information such as an IP address, browser type, timestamps, security logs, and necessary website cookies. This information may be used to deliver, secure, maintain, and troubleshoot the website.

Searches and wellness tools

Resource searches are filtered in your browser. Clover N Leaf does not intentionally save the words or ZIP codes you type into the directory search.

The Let It Go tool does not submit, save, email, or place what you write into browser storage. The Breathing Exercises tool does not ask for personal information. Software on your own device, including keyboards, browser extensions, accessibility tools, or network services, may operate independently of Clover N Leaf.

How information is used

• To review, verify, publish, or decline suggested resources.
• To contact a submitter if clarification is needed.
• To operate, protect, and improve the website.
• To comply with applicable legal obligations.

We do not sell personal information. We do not use resource-submission email addresses for marketing.

Sharing and retention

Information may be processed by service providers needed to host, secure, or deliver the website and email. Published resource details become publicly visible, but a submitter email is not intended to be published. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or necessary to protect people, rights, or website security.

Submission information is kept only as long as reasonably needed for review, directory administration, security, or legal requirements. You may request correction or deletion, subject to applicable obligations.

Third-party websites

Resource listings and footer links may lead to websites we do not control. Their privacy practices apply once you leave Clover N Leaf.

Children

This website is intended for a general audience and does not knowingly request personal information from children under 13. A parent or guardian who believes a child submitted personal information may contact us.
